So when I got it, just feel like I get a free hand shower. Very good product, sparkle chrome, super stylish, super fancy... wow~ I cannot think of any word to describe this thing. Lol BTW, even though I don't really know how to define a "roman tub" . but the spouts is not long enough for someone to standing up. If I lay down for a bath, it is totally long enough. Absolute Crap!!!, By Robert S. "sham" (Half Moon Bay, CA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Three Handle Widespread Waterfall Roman Tub Faucet with Hand Shower, Chrome I knew I was taking a huge risk buying this thing when there was no manufacturers name associated with it. The water just shot in all directions - nothing like the picture at all. We did like the handles and the sprayer. So we decided not to return it. We went to homedepot instead and bought a new spout (another 129$)that matched the set. The waterfall spout is not working at all. My husband even tried to "bend" it a little bit to see if we could adjust the flow - no success. After 2 hrs. of playing with it we gave up. I would not recommend it at all.Update 12/15/11 After reviewing, the company LightInTheBox contacted me and generously offered a refund of the 129$ that I had to spend for the other spout that we bought. Very nice gesture. I told them that it wasn't their fault because I never contacted them or returned the item. They stated that they will do some quality control... Read more |
